My mother and sister is threatening me and taking away all property of my dead father.

A.You can issue notice to both of them seeking partition and distribution of the said properties. Failing which, you can file suit for partition seeking your share, and that, you can also file an interim application seeking direction against your mother and sister restraining them from selling or creating third party interest in the property till disposal of the main partition suit.

A.If the property is undivided they have only limited rights to their part of share. They can't take over all properties
