Half Salary during lockdown

I'm a permanent private school teacher working in the same school since last 15 years as PGT. My employer is giving us half salary since last 4 months due to Covid-19. Now if I resign from my job, can I get my balance salary of past months legally?

A.Yes you will get all your benefits at the time of your full and final settlement.
However, why due you want to resign from a permanent position, if your situation is compelling, better continue with your job. Today countless people are on streets due to Pandemic, at least you are having support, just don't through it, and that, it is your discretion to put down your papers, if you have a better offer. Make sure you don't regret your decision.

A.Yes, you can recover, if this is a unilateral move.
If you have not agreed to this explicitly, and have disputed the part payment through the past 4 months then you can.
Supreme Court has said that in times of COVID a settlement between the employer and employee can be made, so there should be no compliance/ complacency on your part to this decision. Otherwise you will not be able to dispute this.
