Legal share in a land purchased by my father in the name of his second wife. Legal share in a land purchased by my father in the name of his second wife.

Hi,
I want to know that do I posses legal rights to get a share upon a land purchased by my father in the name of his second wife.

Actually, my father did two marriages and my mother is my father's first wife, but they got separated with mutual understanding, but they didn't divorced each other legally, however upon a written permission from my mother my father did his second marriage. After his second marriage my father purchased a land in the name of his second wife.

Now my question is that due to being his son from his first wife do I have any legal right to get a share upon a property purchased in the name of his second wife. Kindly reply in details.

A.The probability is very less. If you can prove that, the property is bought by your father in the name of his second wife, from out of his money and she did not invest even a SINGLE RUPEE, then you have an outside chance. It cannot be done during his lifetime.

A.Your father is in fix if your mother minds you can register a case bigamy a there is no legal divorce and that consent is on no use. If such step is taken he will come down. Discuss.
Please give me Rank 5 and Review my Resume and Follow me if my answer satisfies you.
