Equal rights for daughters Equal rights for daughters

In a judgement on 11/08/2020, supreme court ordered equal rights to daughters in the fathers property.

Will daughter get equal share in the following case:

1. Father's property is self earned property (not ancestral property). So, he has all the rights to give his property to anyone.
2. He (father) has 3 children. 2 sons and 1 daughter.
3. He (father) had made a will and had given a small share to daughter and divided the remaining property among two sons.
4. Daughter had taken her share, had transferred to her name and enjoyed and had made a will and had divided the property among her children.
5. Her children had taken the property from mother and transferred to their names and enjoyed the property.

NOW THE QUESTION IS:
Can her children demand more share from their grandfather's (Mother's father) property from their uncles claiming that the share their mother had got was very small???
