I HAVE GIVEN LOAN 400000 TO ONE PERSON DTD 02.10.2018, ,100 RS BOND PAPER ALSO SIGNED,IN BOND PAPER INTREST NOT MENTIONED IN THE BOND PAPER,AND 2 CHEQUES ALSO TAKEN,AND ONE PROMISORY NOTE ALSO WRITTEN AND GIVEN WITH 3 PERCENT INTREST NOW THEY ARE NOT INTRESTED TO PAY NOT LIFTING MY CALL

A.Hi, send him a legal notice with lawyer help all other steps will come later.

A.1. you can serve him a legal notice through a lawyer to make payment of the outstanding amount along with the interest,
2. if payment is not made despite service of the legal notice, you can file a civil suit for the recovery of the amount,
3. chat, call records, WhatsApp record, bond paper, cheques can prove your case and are admissible as an evidence

A.Get the cheque bounced then file a Sec 138 Cheque Bounce case against him to recover your loan.
