Online binary trading fraud

Hello, I am from Bangalore and i have been trading in binary market online website called Iqoption.com. one day a person contacted me through online and gave his Whats app number and told me that he is professional trader and he told that he would manage my account and make profits so he said to add 900$ to the account. First he replayed and show the profits later after sometime he blocked me in whats app and then when i opened my account it was zero. He completely lost my money by trading. Now how can I complaint him. I just have the chats and I haven't given him money directly. How do I proceed now?
A.The question is how are you going to prove that he and you had a contract/ agreement for his services. Unless you are in a position to do that it will be difficult to make a legal case out of it. Nevertheless try to get your complaint registered with cyber cell of police. They might be able to help you out.
