A.As you have said - I had second marriage 7 year back with My husband who is government servant..... SO WHEN WAS THE FIRST TIME YOU MARRIED TO HIM as you have said that you had second marriage 7 year back with My husband (MEANS SAME HUSBAND- YOU MARRIED 2ND TIME)--OK

Now he should give you financial help

So now you have 2 children & he had 3 when you married (BUT WHEN THE 1ST TIME OF YOUR MARRIAGE), so what happened of those 3 children as now you are saying you now have 2 children

Your marriage seems to be too complicated due to little information & which is half or incomplete question ..... creating more ambiguity... But do mention all the concepts clearly to get a clear answer..

A.If your marriage was solemnised, there lies a clear case. Even if not, maintenance can be sought for. A legal notice to that effect should be filed immediately.

Even if the marriage is not solemnised, a case under domestic violence act can be made. Maintenance can also be sought for.
