Is it possible to transfer whole Ancestral property of father to daughter instead of son(But with son's consent)? If yes ,then would it be enough just to write a will in the name of daughter's with a consent of son on stamp paper or is there any better way, please advice. Your advice would be very well appreciated.

A.Will can be betrothed fully & completely in favour of daughter in the presence of two witness and the will can be duly registered for execution provided there is no contest.Better to consult a Professional property lawyer to guide & help you that there should not be any dispute in execution.

A.You can transfer your self acquired property in favour of any person irrespective of son or daughter and no body's consent is required for the same. Such transfer can be in form of 'Will' if you intend that such transfer should take effect after your death or in the form of 'Gift' in case you want such transfer to take effect immediately.
