A.since you are her husband and in case of separation or divorce petition you can not escape from giving her maintenance which she can claim rightfully and if she does not want to have relation with you it is not wise to continue such marriage but you can raise this question very well in court and this will serve as defense for you

A.It is not alimony. Since she is your wife, she is legally eligible for monthly maintenance till she marries another man. Even though there is an agreement to part with maintenance, she can claim maintenance till her second marriage or otherwise she is employed.

A.If she files for divorce and seeks alimony then she can claim alimony. Whether she will get it or not depends upon the facts, petition and the argument done in the court of law. In place of alimony she can also ask for maintenance and that will be quite easy for her to get it.
