I have bought a flat in an apartment consisting 44 flats. In the CC plan builder got 21 covered and 9 open parking to sell. But he has sold 42 out of that.As a result I have been allotted 90 sq ft instead 135 sq ft as mentioned in the registered deed.Of late the builder has sold 5 more open parking to another person in front of the building which is shown as mandatory open space( 5 mtr width) in the sanctioned plan. Moreover he collected Rs 25000/- from every buyer for mutation but showing no interest for that.what I have to do to stop this illegal activity of the builder?please advice

A.Immediately touch base with a consumer case lawyer and file ( when the lockdown situation permits) consumer case against the builder to stop the illegal activity and also seek compensation. Also check if your building is covered under RERA, if yest then you can file a case as peer the RERA provisions.
