We have the list of items that we have given for storage and now the packers are saying that they don't have the same

A.if you have proof of the same you can either go to police for criminal case and as second option you can file a case in consumer court . consumer case would be better option for you

A.1. you can serve him a legal notice through a lawyer to deliver the 2 cylinders.
2. in failure to provide vthe cylinders, you can file a consumer case from your place,
3. chat, call records, WhatsApp record, list of items, if relevant, can prove your case and are admissible as an evidence

A.File a consumer case against them. Seek help of a consumer forum lawyer and go ahead with that. You should also ask for compensation for the mental harassment.
