Hello lawyers
We have 3 different piece of land in village area. The property was originally owned by my grandfather's father we are technically 4 generation. My grandfather father's have 3 children. He never divided the land among his 3 children legally and each son started staying on any piece of land . Now after my grandfather father's death one of his brother sold one land to his another brother and the land is just infront of our land. They do not have any legal documents of division but they have sold to them of a draft. kindly help what need to be done

A.Here apart from ownership right other rights also follows i.e. possesion ,specific relief act, etc. Vacant land and structure erected land status also plays different legal status.
So firstly you need to challenge through partition to get back your proportion of land and if you want to retain that specific part of land then you need to assign your grounds accordingly that you are the lawful claimant on that.
For immediete relief you can approach court for injunction if developments happening on that land.

A.See property matters are very complex because of the lineage and multiple generation. Basis your information if they have done it illegally then you can challenge that in a court of law. So, do one thing meet a property or civil lawyer in your area and discuss about it with all papers and documents.
