Bail before case standing in the court
I have filed complaint against some people in police station. I have received copy of FIR but yet I have not gone in court as courts are closed due to covid19.
I received a call from police station, they are saying that the opposite party has got the bail. How is it possible?
Please guide on the same

A.Courts are conducting Video Conferencing, the people might have approached the concerned court and obtained Bail through VC.
Due to present pandemic situation and upon instructions of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, through VC matters pertaining to Bail / Stay are being takenup and on being satisfied, the Courts are granting the relief in appropriate cases.

A.There are bailable and non bailable offenses. If your complain is bailable offences then they can take bail from ps. Else court is functioning for urgent bail mattes instead of covid 19. They may have taken from court.
