Query about the supreme cort rule about reserved judgement Query about the supreme cort rule about reserved judgement

Hi, I along with some other petitoner prefered an SLP challenging a judgement regarding admission in Medical College given by the Calcutta High court. However, the SLP was admitted but tagged to a Writ petition arising from the same kind of matter which is already pending in 5 judges' Constitution bench anfter giving an interm order to maintain status quo. The hering of the Constitution bench is concluded on 14/07/2020 and an order passes as"hearing concluded, order reserved." Till then, the order has been reserved. But the hon'ble judge who presided the bench is scheduled to be retired on 02/09/2020. Now my question is,
As the presiding judge is retiring within 2 weeks, is the judgement surely to come within that period?
If not, shall the hearing be restarted again in front of a different bench?

A.In this case, since the matter is heard and the stage is "Order reserved" , the Order might come before the due date or any time after that, there shall be no separate hearing for the same.

A.No once the case has come to this stage then no more hearing is required even when a new judge is appointed to the case. Judgement can come in any time and it depends on the judge and many circumstances, so difficult to comment on that. Lets hope that the Hon'ble judge does the required before he/she retires.
