Regarding No caste and No community Certificate

Hi, I am Nageswari.P,26.Originally i belongs to particular caste,religion and community (Theni-Tamil Nadu). But i feel to withdraw those things and i want to get no caste and no religion certificate. Is it possible? if so, what are the measures should i take for this from my side? After this what are all the documents should i update?
A.Such provisions not made in many formats available offline and online .India has not developed in such a way

A.As per my suggestion surname defines the caste and religion. If you change your name removing surname through affidavit then it will be caste and religion unidentified. You are the best person to certify yourself with your conduct accordingly.

A.See there is no provision to get no caste and no religion certificate from any authority. What you can do is stop using those certificates in any future transactions like filling up a form.
