The Hon’ble & Respected Lawyer.
Dear Sir,
I had invested my certain monies in certain Term Deposit schemes of “ Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Limited ” & the maturity dates of all the Sahara Schemes had been over, few years ago.
From the past/last three years ( i.e during these past 3 years ), I had sent innumerable ( i.e unlimited ) emails to all the top most senior officials of “ Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Limited ” regarding payment of my ( already ) matured amount/sum, on a very urgent basis i.e as early as possible, for my two daughters urgent engagement and marriage i.e of my Sahara Term Deposit schemes, but still, I did not got all my maturity values from Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Limited.
Therefore, I sent an email to Supreme Court Registrar’s Office on dated 20.3.2020 & after 3 months, I got an email reply from Supreme Court Registrar’s Office stating that, my grievance/communication has been successfully registered as Diary i.e as a PIL .
My total maturity dues/claims ( at present ) from Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Limited is Rs. 41 lakhs.
A very Important Point : Can I claim compensation from Sahara Credit Co-operative Society Limited ( in the Supreme Court Hearing ) for the extreme/great amount of mental agony/anguish/sufferings, which had been caused to me, due to their non-payment of my due maturity amounts ( from them ) from the past/last three years. If yes, then upto what ( maximum amount ) of compensation - could I claim from Sahara in the Supreme Court Hearing. I would be very thankful to you, if you, could kindly let me know the maximum amount of compensation, which I could claim from Sahara in the Supreme Court Hearing.
Therefore, I would be very much grateful & extremely thankful to your goodself, if you, could kindly advise me & kindly suggest me certain points regarding my above-mentioned matters, with full/complete details.
Thanking You,
Your’s Faithfully,
Asha Chaturvedi.

You can claim compensation amount and ur maturity amount along with interest through court of law by filing civil suit in the lower court. Or u can file complaint in consumer forum to get ur amount along with interest with compensation also. And also u can give a criminal complaint to the police authorities against that co-operative society.
It will be decided by the court on pro-rata basis .
Please give me RANK FIVE {5} if my this answer satisfies you.

The matter is sub –judice as such normally no opinion can be given except to say that your interest will be taken care of by the court on pro-rata basis.
