I had booked a srilankan airlines flight to Maldives in the month of April 2020 through goibibo. Due to covid, flight got cancelled and offered us free rescheduling anytime till Dec 2020. Whereas covid doesn't seems to come down sooner, So no plan of traveling anytime in this year. Also srilankan airlines has not yet started it International service. Is it possible to extend the free rescheduling span till next year mid..? How do I need to proceed to make it happen?

A.1. you can send your desire in written mode regarding extension of the time limit until the things resumed previously
2. alternatively, you can claim your amount back by filing a consumer complaint from your place

U may ask them to return back ur amount. Or u may wait till they extended the rescheduling span.

A.Dear sir
Just collect their customer care no and put a mail with your demand either for refund or extention of date. In case not resolved you may approach consumer court.

A.You need to tight first to airline and goibibo both for not scheduling your flight and simply ask to return your money. Mention vividh reason clearly. Let them answer then future course will be decided
