A.Dear client,
If you file divorce on the ground that your wife is cheating on you or if you prove that your wife cheated on you in your ongoing divorce proceedings then the wife won't be entitled to the alimony.

A.If the act of cheating is grave and it is proved beyond reasonable doubt, she is not entitled to / the quantum of alimony can be substantially reduced. However, it is the moral the moral responsibility of the Husband to maintain his wife, and that, if she gives up her morals and the same is proved, she is not entitled to alimony.
