According to the deed I have 50 cents of land. But when I measure it ,it's only 27 cents.what can I do...?

A.If your deed is registered document and appropriate stamp duty and registration charges are paid and it is still in tact i.e., not cancelled. Then, you can seek for conduct of survey by the concerned Tahsildhar / MRO and seek fixing of boundaries and to show the exact land as captured in the Deed.
