Kindly advice :- if a husband wants to take divorce from his wife (not mutual), is there any fast-track way in the books of law ? And is there any way, so that the wife can be sent to her relatives house, till the final decision of the divorce ? Thanks...

A.Dear Client
Your problem is not divorce but get rid of your wife as soon as possible, If she is not agreeing for divorce then you have face the court . You have not mentioned your marriage period. If she file case against you then you have to face the consequences. As a human being I advise you to sit together or with elders and resolve the issues.

A.Dear client

if you are unable to stay with your spouse you can prefer to stay separate may be different rooms under one roof. In the mean time you file for divorce petition and let the proceeding continue in its own way .

A.In divorce cases, as such there is no fast track way in law books and also in court. Now a designated family court has been established who specifically deal with divorce and other matrimonial cases. As such there is no way to send wife to her parental home. Why wife is required to leave her matrimonial house and go to her parent's house? Wife has every right to claim matrimonial house for her residence and she can also claim maintenance etc. Try to sort out the matter amicably.

A.2nd Question?
If she leaves voluntarily it's good for u, if u pressurize her then it may go against you. On u filing divorce and as time passes she will learn that there exists no marital relationship between you and your wife and she may decide to leave but you need to be patient as any harsh step on your side would put you in to more trouble.

A.There is either divorce given mutually or contested. Mutual divorce ends in 6 months and contested divorce is step by step, however u can if possibility arises in future convert contested divorce to mutual divorce if both parties agree to it,hence no shortcut.
