My uncle has made my paralyzed late grandfather sign on all the property papers. First we thought he will give our part but he took everything and started creating hurdle in our day to day life. The property is funded by my father and was on the name of my grandfather. We are in dire need of financial help and he has denied for any settlement. He has used forge sign of my father on some of the rental property papers but we have no evidence of it. We are badly stuck. Kindly help.

A.You can challenge the transfer made by your uncle for the reason that he got transferred the property by playing fraud, misrepresentation, coercion etc. You can challenge the said transfer on above ground and also file police compliant against him. You can file suit for cancellation of transfer made in your uncle's favor under medical grounds and send it for forensic lab for checking the signatures appended by your Grand Father.
