I wish to correct my name on Xth certificate but CBSE doesn't entertain any correction after a year or more. Now my name on Xth certificate doesn't match the other legal documents. Please suggest a possible solution.

A.Dear Client
1. Take your Aadhar Card, PAN Card, etc., show to the school management. if your name is correct.
2. Tell them regarding the Correction issues take the issue to the CBSE Branch Office, and then to the Head offices regarding this.
3. Filing Civil Police Compliant in the Near By School Police Station.
4. If the School, management is silent file a Writ Petition regarding this in the High Court.
My Advise it is wholly an academic administrative issue which are serious in nature and if you go the correct administrative channels of CBSE it is dissolved. Quickly but you have go-to pillars to post for atleast a minimum 1 week to maximum 2 weeks minimum 5 day to maximum 15 days if-else file a police compliant take this issue to the School State Heads, Even tell this to the District School Officer in the City.
