Electricity meter transfer

Hello,
There is an electricity meter box in my property which is running in my electricity line. The meter box was on my grandfather's name but the entire property is on my father's name who is the owner of the property and the electricity line. Few days back... My dad's brother transferred the ownership of the electricity box to his name as the prior ownership to the meter box was on grandfather's name.
Is there any legal way to make the meter box removed from my dad's property... Because dad's brother lives next to our property and Dad's brother has been using our electricity line and the ownership transferred meter box?
Facts - Property is my dad's. Electricity line is my dad's. Dad's brother uses the electricity line. Dad's brother's meter box in my dad's property. Solution to get the meter box (Dad's brother's meter box) removed from my dad's property?
You just file a representation before Electricity Authorities and thereafter file a writ petition for necessary direction.
