Instrumental music
I have played the kannada song , Apaara keerthi galisi on my guitar and uploaded the same on youtube. I have not used any music from the original soundtrack. However, the recording company Sare gama claims it is copyright violation. is it true? should we take permission from the recording company even to play the instrumental music?
A.Dear Sir,
It is not so, when you have not using for commercial purpose then you have not committed any violation of copyright, accordingly you may defend.
