Hiring of premises
Our company has to hire ready built premises for branches following 2bid system and CVC guidelines. In one case one regional office has referred a case in which in first tendeythey received single technical aualified bid The tendering was cancyand fresh advert issued for Andrea say X+-5% and out of the bids technically selected one bid which is same as in first tendering and asked permission to open financial bid But while this bid met all other technical criterion it is about 600sq ft more after adding 5% area to the required area Please guide 1)whether the technical bid is selected correctly since area offered is more 2)Further can that office negotiyand obtain consent from this bidder for appropriate area or this violates any condition of 2bid system or CVC guidelines on hiring
