Parents Property transfered on my elder brother by Cheating/Fraud without my signature

My elder brother transferred my father's property on his name by cheating/fraud without my signature and consent We are total 3 brothers and 3 sisters, i'm working out of station, in my absence he got signatures of my siblings with fraud/cheating and got transferred my father property on his name without my knowledge and signatures. Once I came to know that the property transferred on his name, he said he did just to get loan on the said house for my younger sister marriage and all my siblings also signed on the same matter, but my elder brother didn;t took any loan in any bank, just to transfer my father property on his name he made this cheating and tried to convince me and make settlement. Mutual settlement also failed as he is not willing to compensate my younger brother and for me. What initiatives I have to take now, as he already go registration done on his name. Do I get any justice in this issue from the court.
