Sir we 10 members with me was remanded on 9/05/2018 for 15 days for a criminal offence we got bail on 12 th day with condition to sign twice a day morning and eveng for 2 weeks we finished this.... Now I am going to apply for job in us will I get visa work permit without any disturbance or it will get cancelled.. Because I am going to pay money on it.. Please give me suggestion on this Thank you

Sir actually charge sheet is still not processed no summons are given and case number is still not made.... The case is an unknown person came to uncle for getting finance by giving his car and my uncle told me he don't know to drive so you drive that car from where he gives so I went with the person But he took a self driving rental car and gave it to me the owner of the car took photo of me and that strange guy making us stand before the car.. I was unaware what they are going to do.... I took the car to my uncle he then gave to some other guy to get money but they dint give money and they were cheating my uncle for more than a week. The strange guy is abscond an the power of the car gave complaint and the car was been captured by police it seems we don't know that. And in the investigation one by one we all got caught by police 10 people and got remanded.... We came out in bail the car is given to the owner by police property is returned back to peer thats why I am asking whether it will affect my visa?
