A healing workshop was scheduled at Goa, India. During that workshop as a part of one on one healing session, a video was shot of a friend when she got a good result and when her fear/phobia was released. The video was requested not to be put on the healer's website. However, despite telling him so, he went ahead and circulated the video shot and also have put it on his website. When we wrote to him stating that this is illegal and unethical & told to remove the video, he blurred the face but still did remove it. This is a breach of privacy. Is this the case eligible for filing complaint u/ cyberlaw? Can a demand of claim be put & achieved against the person who is a UK national? and what is the procedure?
PS:- The healer is scheduled to visit India in September.
