My parents made jewelry for my marriage. When my mom passed away my elder sister took away the jewelry. Now she doesn't want to give it back to me. Even after my father stating that I can keep the jewelry made for me. What legal action can be taken in this instance

A.if father agreed to co operate with u for the action of her sister u can file police complaint stating that her sister took the jewellery. Better try amicably to ur sister and finish the matter

A.Dear Client,

1. Talk with your elder sister about this and to her Husband, Mother in law, father in law of your elder sister regarding this.
2. If then not working give a police compliant by you and your father jointly.
3. If police not taking action move forward to senior officers.
4. If Senior officer District Superiententant or Assistant Commissioner not taking up,

5. You can file a Civil Case in your jurisdiction.

A.If you have receipt of purchasing of jewelry or any other supporting document related jewelry you can file a police complaint .
Under section 403 of ipc Dishonest misappropriation of property
