Hi
1. I have purchased a flat in my mother's and my name. My mother's name is first and my name is second. All initial payment and other expenses done by me. Bank loan emi is being paid by me regularly.
Can my mother or her legal hire claim on my property in future? At present my mother is ready to sign on any documents.
2. Similarly I have form LLP company my mother and myself are director of the company.
Please advise in the matter.

A.Get her share of that property gifted in your name or willed in your name 1st. Similarly in LL.P if one of the partner ceases in that case partnership ceases to exist. In that case you need to make that business proprietary.

A.The right of property flow from your mother. In any event under the law the property pass on from mother and in dispute from legal heir.Better to consult a Property lawyer from panel of Vidhikarya to do all the documentation in view of bank loan. The LLP company director issue also need to be taken care by the Lawyer.
