School M C wants to sell school land to repay the loan amount taken time to time for development of infrastructer of school.MC proposal was sent to WBBSE & concerned DI/s(SE). Pl advise.

A.School property is declared for various provisions of Act for running for the purpose of school activities as per the requirement cannot be sold for loan.Only in case of excess undeclared portion of surplus land. Better to consult a Lawyer from panel of Vidhikarya for guidance & help.
