A.Dear Sir,
You may send legal notice and include another amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- towards mental torture.

A.1. you can serve him a legal notice through a lawyer to make payment of the outstanding amount along with the interest,
2. if payment is not made despite service of the legal notice, you can file a civil suit for the recovery of the amount,
3. PO, Challan, Invoice, agreement, chat, call records, WhatsApp record, if relevant, can prove your case and are admissible as an evidence

A.You must do an FIR in concerned police station for cheating.
Secondly you may file suit for recovery of money with compensation too.
Thirdly start with sending notice, as the amount is very nominal and a wise man will avoid cost of litigation.
