Due to extreme financial crisis, my father is not able to replay unsecured personal loan taken bajaj. The emi is due almost since 9 months but now everyday recovery agent come and do one other neusance and try to defame us. What can be done in this case??
Currently not in position to repay the amount
Amount due is around 2,50,5000/-

Your father need not bother since it is unsecured loan and bank people advanced the loan at their risk knowingfully well that there are not taking any security towards advancement of loan.

A.if they come and torture you can simply go for police complaint. non payment of due is a civil issue they cannot create nuisance in house.

A.since your father has taken the loan, therefore, he is legally bound to repay the same, however, your father or any aggrieved person can file a formal complaint against the bank and the recovery agency for using unfair means.
if the police refuse to file a case, the magistrate can be approached for the same
