Bajaj personal loan

Bajaj fin. Has filed case on me 2018 for non repayment of personal loan, for cheque bounce of 1.06 K, it went in court and I paid all amount, but did not took NOC as no one told, today they filed case again for 64 K., Now what should I do. I paid earlier n cleared everything

A.Obtain the previous court order and send them legal notice with all particularls to release your NOC.
