Dear Sir,

My wife has three brothers, her elder brother was adopted by her grandfater (Father's father) my wife doesnt have any clue whether they have adopted legally by doing registration There is a property belogs to her grandfather (Who's is no more) now the question is whether she can claim her share in grandfathers property or not . Another clarification is my wife's & father & mother are also no more, some property is in thier names as well now can she claim share in property along with brothers.
