Unable to get our right on Land(In WB) of our Lt. Grand Father(Died in 1990) Unable to get our right on Land(In WB) of our Lt. Grand Father(Died in 1990)

My Lt. Grand father has a 9 Katha Land in Howrah Shibpur & he has not made any will. He has 3 daughters and 4 sons. Amongst them the younger son has expired without any heirs left behind. Also the elder son & a daughter has expired but have their heirs. Now logically the land should be divided equally into six portions but due to fight(Ego) between two of them we the rest 4 siblings are not able to get our rights. All the time they filed illogical cases in court and extending it. Is their any legal options that we the rest four or three of us can claim our portions in court and live our life.

A.Firstly, get heirship certificate from court. Make all heir as Applicants. Those who are opposing make them Respondent
Secondly, Basis on heirship certificate, make mutation entry in Land Record.
Thirdly make application to Land Surveyor and demarcate the land into six portions.
