As per your inputs you wish to go with your mother, if you are major you can take decision of staying as per your wish, if you are girl child the court award the custody of girl child to the mother

As I understanding from your question. Someone adopted you and you want to go with your biological mother . You can not go to your mother. But after 18 years of your age you can go to with your mother
