My grandfather had a liquor sale licence in 1990, now if I want that licence, is it possible to get that licence.

A.yes. Liquor sale licence holder can transfer the license to his/her legal heir.

You can transfer the liquor licence in the name of another person/owner, but it cannot be done without proper approval from the authorities.
