i m the employee having the incentive in salary and payable sub to performance of me and company. i get good rating on that basis i am eligible. but i have put resign in august 20. not company saying will not pay because you put resign before disbursement and company have policy not to pay if put resign before disbursement of incentive which should be pay by the company in april as per regular cycle. kindly suggest

A.Dear Sir,
You may get issue a legal notice and then file civil suit for recovery or approach Labor Commissioner for amicable settlement.

A.Hi,
You are entitled to get your dues cleared from the company including the incentives, it is advisable that you send a legal notice to the company asking them to pay the dues.

A.Hi,
You are within your rights to get your dues cleared including the incentive by the company, please send a legal notice in this regard to the company to clear your dues.

A.Most of the companies used financial year cycle to pay incentive , there is also HR guide line for paying incentive, first you can check , have you signed on that incentive time period along with joining letter or incentive policy accepted with offer letter of not signed you can complaint in labour department or you can send them legal notice through lawyer
