Hospital asking entire bill amount in cash after Cashless Insurance claim Hospital asking entire bill amount in cash after Cashless Insurance claim

I had a treatment in a hospital claiming cashless insurance facility in Aug 2019. At that time, i got entire approval from insurance, and I had paid all the balances and cleared all dues and got discharged. After 1 year now, hospital is saying that Insurance company cancelled the claim and want me to pay back entire amount in cash to hospital directly. I am checking currently with insurance, but it seems like hospital had sent wrong documents/data while finalising insurance, and since it got messed up, they are asking me to pay up. Please guide.

A.Please check with insurance company why rejected your bill , cashless bill settled with in 3 or 4 months if there is any objection they will inform you on your official mail I'd and specifically mention reason why rejecting bill.
Or they have approved the amount also marked you on official mail I'd. You can approach your HR department for bill approval.
If your medical policy is individually policy means on corporate policy . Same above mention communication on your registered mail id. If all above mention not work out you can file a case
