ADVICE ON DISABILITY CERTIFICATE. ADVICE ON DISABILITY CERTIFICATE.

My age is 23years.5 years ago I had an accident (current shock) lost my two index finger of right hand and left hand. I went to sadaram camp and applied for disability certificate. doctors had examined me and then after 6 months I got a certificate of disability.
The certificate is mentioned with
1) percentage of disability is 90%.
2) it's a physical locomotor/orthopedic disability
3)re assessment of this case is not recommended
4)he meets the following requirements for discharge his duties.
Kc- can perform work by kneeling and crouching. B-can perform work by bending.s-can perform by standing. W- can perform by walking and RW-can perform by reading and writing.
5) is suffering from permanent disability.
Now I had a query about can I apply this certificate for jobs in physically handicapped quota. My relatives are telling that no certificate you got is to much persentage u may get arrested if u use this certificate. Just a clarification on the certificate.

A.Dear Sir,
If you get disability of 90% then you may not be eligible for any job.
