Notice recovery after 7 year
I worked in a company for 2 months in 2013. I resigned on email. After few days I send email and ask for procedure for relieving letter. But company never responded . After 7 year they send a registered AD letter and wrote that they received my resignation on dated 2013. They asked me to pay huge amount which was not matching in appointment letter. I was on probation and one month notice period . Will they take legal action against me ?
