Hi, sir I got Data Entry Work from Quikr. They called me and said- we provide free of cost work and there is also a legal agreement If comapny don't pay salary then I can file case. They that stamp paper was fake. 2 Days after start of work My account was blocked they said that u will have to pay penalty of 4999 to reactivate your account which they will repay within 2 hours and said trust us. Now they are not returning my 5000. I have full details about that company employees, their place of office, their home town, their facebook ids, their mobile number, their bank account details everything. I want my money back and file a case on that company. So that In future they won't do this with anyone. What should I do sir to get my money back?

A.Hi

File a complaint to the Local Police station of your area and also file an online complaint to the National Cyber Crime Report Portal (Ministry of Home Affairs).

If Police denied for the same then send your complaint to DCP/SP of the area, the local police station falls and if DCP/SP does not take action then file an application to the Ilaka magistrate under the provision of 156(3) of CrPC.

A.With all the details, documents & proofs as referred in your post, you have lodge complaint with the concerned police station for Cyber Crime.
There is likelihood of you getting the money back.
