Money lending at a high interest rate and abusing and harassing. Money lending at a high interest rate and abusing and harassing.

On December 2018, My father took a loan of 3.5 lakh for my sister's marriage from a local moneylender at a 5% interest rate along with the papers of a plot owned by my father and ATM as security. For almost one year my father paid him 15000 rupees every month as interest but in September 2019 my father got retired and was unable to pay any interest amount. For almost one year he keeps on threatening my father that he is going to capture my father's plot and has said: "if you want to get your land back yo need to pay more than 5 lakhs". My father is now retired and he is unable to pay such huge amount. He is old and sick and he also threatens us from goons. Is there any way of coming out of this mess then please suggest.
