A.File a case in the court against your husband for committing adultery and move an application for the DNA profiling of that baby with your husband. Birth certificate will be in the custody of the lady by whom the child was born. Since your husband is not divorcee therefore the second marriage of your husband is null and void and the said relation is adultery and the child born is illegitimate child

A.Visit the local registrar office of birth and obtain the birth certificate and with the record you can approach the designated court for carrying out parental test of the child.

A.Dear Madam,
You may approach the Local Authority/Municipality/Corporation etc where your husband kept the second wife and get the birth certificate of that child. Even otherwise you may file a adultery and/or bigamy case and court will send the child for parental test.
