Forced Divorce
Dear Madam/ Sir,
I got arranged marriage on June 20, 2018. My father had spoken everything that he is having good status & assets to lead a life. By seeing our home they agreed to fix the marriage. But i never promised that i have asset in my name. But she asked me before that you are a engineer & have a less salary. But i told her we have our house which we get the rent, if any shortage means we can use it. Before our engagement, I have asked her about that is she ready to get marry me..? Because I didn't want a forceful marriage. As her agree we had a Baby girl on 07.08.2019. But from the date of marriage she is telling I didn't like you & you and your family is not good, so i need a divorce to stay happily. She is telling that i can't lead a life with you by seeing your face. in the 2 years of married life we stayed for only 5 Months. Even today she called me & forcing to give the mutual divorce. Please suggest me what to do.
I never had a single bad habit, but she had gone to police station & the Sub inspector called me. I have visited the police station & they enquired: I have told that my wife has come to police station to give a complaint on me that " he is not talking like a boy" the police saw me & i started to explain the problem" We had arrange marriage, in which my father impressed my wife family by telling our status & property" & after some couple of days she had quarrelled with my father for not doing work. So she started to ask me to question your father & get the property transfer to your name. (Here what i m telling is the property didn't came from our ancestors & each & every property was made hardly by their hard work) but my wife is not agreed to stay with me without the property. Please give me your valuable suggestion

if she doesnt want to live with you or want to live for property only then what you want ?
she can not get property.
Hope this clarifies,

Your wife needs counselling.
There is no proper ground for divorce.

what action is suitable for you completely and entirely dependant on two questions:
1. whether you want your wife to come and reside with you ?
2. whether you still want her to stay with you forcibly ? or do you want to proceed with divorce if she is not willing?
In first case, you can go for restitution of conjugal rights proceedings to make her come back and reside with you as per law.
in this case, if she opts for filing divorce proceedings against you, you will have to defend that or agree for mutual consent divorce proceedings.
all depends upon the only fact what you wish to do.
