District court is giving dates only District court is giving dates only

I am trying to reopen my lost one-sided case since last 4-5 years. I lost it as one sided when I was minor. District court is giving dates only nd due to that lost case I am not able to build my house. Please suggest what can I do so that it will be reopened for relistening as soon as possible. Can I directly move to High court inspite of that ongoing process of District court.

A.Hi,
It is not clear from your question whether the case is closed or on-going. If the case has been closed, you file an appeal contending that there is a question of law involved.

A.Dear Client
As coivd-19 the courts are not running properly, once the courts starts functioning normally you file an advance petition, even if the courts do not entertain your request then file a petition in high court to direct the lower courts to expedite the matter
