97th amendment of constitution and changes in maintenance charges of co.op.housing societies.

I have been told that above amendment has proposed less maintenance fee for plot owners who have not yet constructed house on allotted plot . If true,I need notification/circular etc.

Depending on the state you are located the state law will be applicable. The whole notification can be easily available on the internet.
