Dear sir/madam, I am a Scheduled Caste, my father's brother's daughter, who wants to create a sc certificate now, she wants a copy of the sc certificate from us, I was not willing to give it, she threatened to send me a notice from the court, What I do next? Really a problem? Plz help me

A.There is no need to make an issue, it is for the issuing authorized authority's requirement.by giving the copy your SC certificate there is no adverse effect on your certificate.

Sharing such certificate is no offences since it no way helps him unless he gets such SC certificate in his father’s name. Your certificate may help him to get in his name. They is no need to going to the court.
