Two persons arrested by rpf officer with stolen battery from train 2 months ago they added my father name in fir based on disclosure statement of arrested person they were sold 1 battery i dont know that person and also police not tell about this 2 months police add name with political pressure no any person disclose name now reject my father anticipatory bail they want custodial interrogation i want proper investigation how to defend this

A.based on disclosure statement of arrested person, police can arrest.
anticipatory bail can be get from HC or can be applied again in session court on different ground.
after anticipatory bail, lawyer have to handle to prove innocense.

As per your inputs your father is falsely charged with the criminal allegations, now it is your father burden to prove his innocence, first your father need to get Anticipatory bail in the courts then your father can defend by submitting relevant evidences to prove his innocence
